Lake & Life Apparel proudly designs and print our product right here in the Shuswap, BC!  We are a small business supporting other great small businesses.

 

Where can I find your products?

Lake & Life Apparel does not have a physical shop!  We offer all our products for sale on our website.  We offer free local pick-up in Salmon Arm (we will notify you when your order is ready!).  

We also offer free shipping on orders larger than $200.

Do I have to purchase your product online?

Where do you offer your free local pick-up option?

We currently offer free local pick-up in Salmon Arm.  If you select this option at the checkout, we will contact you in 1-3 business days regarding pick-up details!

 

Will you bring back past products or colour options?

If you love a discontinued design, product or colour option, we would love to hear from you!

 

Are there new designs to come?
ALWAYS!

 

Can I exchange a product?

Yes!  However, exchange is subject to available stock, size and colour.  We cannot guarantee the inventory on hand at the time of an eligible exchange. Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is also required.

Lake and Life Apparel does not cover shipping costs incurred in the event of an exchange.
