Refund Policy

All Lake & Life Apparel sales are final.  Due to the small nature of our business, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for your purchase.

 

Exchange Policy:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Exchange is subject to available stock, size and colour.  We cannot guarantee the inventory on hand at the time of an eligible exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is also required.

Non-exchangeable items:

-Products with obvious signs of use

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

-Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

Please contact us at lakeandlifeapparel@gmail.com in the event your items are damaged or defective. 

 

Shipping:

Lake and Life Apparel does not cover shipping costs incurred in the event of an exchange.
